TL;DR - If your item doesn't arrive, or arrives defective, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. There will be no requirement to return the item, we only need to see proof. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any other reason other than those explained above. Please read below to find out how to register a claim.

Our "Made to Order" Commitment

Every Blurby Poster is printed on demand using premium materials and cutting-edge printing technology. Because your items are created the moment you hit "order," we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

By eliminating the need for massive inventory, we reduce waste and ensure that your specific poster is fresh, crisp, and handled with the utmost care.

Premium Shipping & Tracking

We know you’re excited to decorate your shelves and walls. That’s why we prioritize fast, tracked delivery for every single order.

  • Production: Once your order is placed, it moves immediately into our high-quality production queue.

  • Tracking: As soon as your poster ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Eligibility for Refunds

While we do not accept exchanges or returns, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer full refunds or free replacements in the following two scenarios:

A. Damaged or Defective Items

We use heavy-duty, protective packaging to ensure your posters arrive in gallery condition. However, if the courier was a bit too rough and your item arrives damaged (creased, torn, or warped), or if there is a clear manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at hey@blurbyposters.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the poster and the packaging).

  3. Once verified, we will ship out a brand-new replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

B. Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that the package has stalled or was never delivered after the estimated delivery window has passed, please let us know. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.


Note: Please double-check your shipping address and poster selection before finalizing your purchase. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
