In short

If your poster arrives damaged or never arrives, we send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back; a photo is enough.

Damaged or faulty

Email hey@blurbyposters.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the poster and its packaging. Once we've seen it, we send a new one free or refund you in full.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your parcel has stalled or never arrived after the delivery window, tell us. Once the courier confirms it is lost, we refund or replace it straight away.

Made to order

Every poster is printed for you when you order, so please check the size, frame and colour before you buy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
