📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? To get your prints to you as fast as possible, we use local printing hubs in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and several European countries. This means your order is printed at the facility closest to your front door.
When will my order be sent? We fulfill orders Monday through Friday:
- Ordered before 1pm: Dispatched the same day.
- Ordered after 1pm: Dispatched the next working day.
Can I change my shipping address? Because we fulfill orders as quickly as possible to meet our same-day dispatch goal, we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses once the order is placed.
How are the posters packaged? We take great care to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition. Our prints are shipped in heavy-duty reinforced tubes or stay-flat protective envelopes to prevent creases or damage during transit.
🌱 Our Sustainability Commitment
How is my purchase eco-friendly? We believe in "Global Design, Local Production." By printing in the same country where you live, we massively reduce the carbon emissions usually caused by international air freight.
📏 Sizing & Quality
What sizes do you offer? We provide a range of sizes to suit any space. Please note that depending on your location,sizes may be listed in inches (US/Canada) or centimeters/A-sizes (UK/EU/AU). We recommend checking the specific dimensions in the listing before purchasing a frame.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen? We strive for 100% accuracy, but please keep in mind that every monitor and phone screen is calibrated differently. There may be a very slight variation between the digital image and the physical print.
Do the prints come with frames? Our prints are currently frameless. We haven't found a frame supplier that meets our standards for cost-effectiveness and sustainability just yet. However, if you need a framed version, email us at hey@blurbyposters.com and we can provide a custom quote.
🎨 Custom Orders & Returns
Can I request a book title you don't have yet? Absolutely! Just use our Custom Order Listing. There is no extra costand no time delay for custom designs—we’ll design it and ship it on our usual lightning-fast schedule.
What is your refund policy? Because every print is made to order (which helps us avoid the waste of overstocking), we only provide refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all. If there’s an issue, just reach out and we’ll make it right!
