Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Blurby Posters, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use.

What we aim for

We design the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means, for example:

  • every poster image has a text description;
  • you can use the menu, size buttons, basket and checkout with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
  • text is large enough and has enough contrast to read;
  • buttons say what they do, and nothing important relies on colour alone.

How we checked

Last checked on 4 October 2026, using automated testing (axe-core) on a product page, plus manual keyboard and contrast checks across the site. We fixed the issues it found: low-contrast size labels, a hidden "Add to basket" bar that keyboard users could still reach, star ratings without a text alternative, and missing focus outlines on some form fields.

Known issues

  • The size, frame and colour options on product pages come from an app (Globo Product Options), so we can't change all of its markup. If you have trouble choosing an option, contact us and we'll take your order by email.
  • Checkout pages are run by Shopify. Shopify publishes its own accessibility information.
  • Some older page text may not yet meet every guideline. We fix issues as we find them.
