The Road to Oz (1909)

Dorothy finds herself lost on a country road and falls in with the mysterious Shaggy Man. Together they wander through a series of fantastical, ever-shifting landscapes on their way to Princess Ozma's grand birthday celebration, meeting old friends and strange new characters along the way.

The Patchwork Girl of Oz (1913)

When a magical accident turns his uncle to stone, young Ojo sets off on a quest for the ingredients of a cure. He is joined by the endearing Scraps, a living doll stitched from colourful patchwork, whose sense of identity and adventure make her one of Baum's most memorable creations.
