Last Sword of Power Book Watercolour Illustration by David Gemmell

A book poster inspired by Last Sword of Power, David Gemmell's dark fantasy reimagining of Arthurian legend in a collapsing post-Roman Britain. This literary art print evokes the desperate quest of Uther Pendragon and the mystical Culain as they seek the legendary Sword of Power to turn back Saxon invaders in a world where magic fades and heroes fall. A dramatic addition to a home library, study, or reading nook, it makes a wonderful gift for fantasy readers, fans of Arthurian retellings, and lovers of epic heroic fiction.

This watercolour illustration of Last Sword of Power steps out of the gallery and into the story — soft colour washes behind the title, with crisp lettering emerging through a brushed halo. Romantic, atmospheric, a little dreamy. Book illustration art made for reading nooks, nurseries, and walls that quietly wish they were a library.
